Léon Galhaud

With a great color of white gold, bright and limpid, our sparkling wine would be well married with shellfish, crustacean and crusty fish.

Composed of 70% sémillon, 20% muscadelle and 10% of sauvigon blanc this wine is made from traditional method in the underground cellar of Saint-Emilion. More accurately, the wine is made under the tower of the king, built during the 12 century. This place symbolizes the creation of Saint-Emilion 800 years ago.
